Our services
Astro Umesh offers Vedic astrology consultations, horoscope readings, kundli matching and gemstone recommendations, and sources gemstones on order. Consultations are held by phone, WhatsApp video call or in person. Astrological guidance is not professional advice. Please read the disclaimer to understand what it can and cannot do.
Who can use our services
You must be 18 or older to book a service. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of someone younger.
Bookings
- You can ask for an appointment through the contact form, WhatsApp or a phone call. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and time with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
- A reading depends on accurate birth details. Please check your date, time and place of birth before you share them.
- When you share another person’s details, for example for kundli matching, you confirm that they agree.
Fees and payment
- Consultation fees are listed on the Services page in Indian rupees, and in US dollars for clients paying from abroad (choose ₹ or $ at the top of the page). The fee confirmed when you book is the fee you pay.
- Please pay after we confirm your appointment, by UPI (in rupees), PayPal (in US dollars) or as agreed on WhatsApp, and send us the payment screenshot.
- We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
- You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel in time, we refund your fee in full.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss the appointment, the fee is not refunded. We may offer a new time once, at our discretion.
- If we have to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
- Refunds are paid back to the UPI ID, PayPal account or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days. PayPal or currency-conversion charges are not refundable.
Gemstone orders
- Gemstones are recommended only after a chart check, and each stone is sourced for your order.
- Prices on the website are starting prices per carat. The final price of your stone, the delivery charge and the delivery time are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Natural stones vary in colour, clarity and weight, so the stone you receive will not look exactly like the photos.
- If your stone arrives damaged, or does not match its lab certificate, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. We will replace the stone or refund you.
- Because each stone is sourced and prepared for you, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

The text, design and images on this website belong to Astro Umesh or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, mirror or republish the website or its content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our guidance is shared in good faith, but decisions you make based on it remain your own. As far as the law allows, our liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
